The Important Stuff

To live well, laugh loudly, and love passionately, are my three favorite “important stuffs”

To me, living well means a few things:

  1. Emotional Wellbeing,
  2. Physical Health,
  3. Mental Wealth,
  4. Basic Needs met,

Beyond that... having adventures, good times with friends and loved ones, and achieving my goals.

Emotional well-being is one of the most important aspects of living well, and supports the majority of the rest of the list.

But if you suffer from anxiety, depression, stress, anger, or PTSD, how do you regain emotional well-being?

Heck, maybe you’re not necessarily “suffering” from any of those things, but lately you find life is just bland and boring.

How do you know if you’re in a rut, or a depression? Sometimes the symptoms are the same. Either way, you’re probably not going to argue when I say that’s not exactly a fun place to be. 

So how do you break out of that rut and really start to live well?
